One of my personal favorite variegated plants! Tineke leaves can be two shades of green, white, & several shades of pink. These are a type of rubber tree with thick waxy leaves that can have some leaf-drop when moved to a new location. This is normal and your plant will be fine with proper care. Prefers bright, indirect light and weekly waterings. Give them well-draining soil and let the soil dry at least 2” down between waterings
